No Refunds After Enrollment
Please note that once an admission or enrollment is confirmed, Language Leap does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is clear and applies to all classes.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
- Resource Allocation: Once your child is enrolled, we allocate resources, including our instructors’ time and materials, to ensure a tailored learning experience.
- Limited Spots: Our sessions are carefully planned, and spaces are limited. Your enrollment secures a spot that cannot be easily refilled on short notice.
- Commitment to Quality: We believe in the value of our programs and are confident that your child will benefit from the curriculum and instruction we offer.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide the option to reschedule sessions under certain conditions:
- Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
